Okay people,
inadaze22 had a big day today, so I'm in charge of announcing the results this week. Lucky you. :) But before that can happen, I have a bit of explaining to do.
We had a drop late in the game, and because we were not ready for finals yet (we have big plans for finals), we needed to do something to fix the predicament. After contacting the remaining contestants, we brought back
somandalicious to fill the vacant spot, since she was the last to be removed from competition and because of an automatic tie-breaker. If you have any questions about what I just said, because honestly I don't even know if it made sense, please let
inadaze22 or I know ASAP. Between the two of us, we should be able to explain it. LOL.
Anyway, there were three drabbles this week, all focused on music. So, after 14 votes (PEOPLE! WHERE DID YOU GO?)...
With a score of +4, congratulations go out to
somandalicious for her drabble "Love Me Dead". Manda, this was a fantastic drabble and we're so glad you could come in on such short notice and help us out. And see, it paid off! :)
Because
humbuggirl was tied up with real life and unable to finish the competition, we had to let her go this week. You've been a great drabblist (is that a word?) and we were glad to have you. Congratus on making it this far, as well.
And after a hard fought battle, we have to get
ayane_tsurugi go this week. :( I hate to see you go, AT. Your drabbles have been nothing short of fabulous and it has been a pleasure having you here participating with us. We hope you come back again. :)
Finally, Mod's Choice. It just goes to show you how differently we all see and read things. This weeks Mod's Choice is given to
ayane_tsurugi for her drabble "Possum Kingdom". Fabulous job, my dear. You definitely pegged our two beloved characters in a setting that could quite possibly have been canon. We loved it and we're definitely going to miss you!
Here are the final tallies for the week:
somandalicious MF: 6 LF: 2
pokeystar MF: 7 LF: 5
Please feel free to congratulate the winners and get ready for the next prompt post later today!
