I managed to finish the Big Christmas Bake early this year, so my house is almost back to normal. Of this year's cookies, my favorite was the Brown Butter Salty Sugar cookies. And a well-deserved shout-out to kiria-dk for her peanut-butter and jelly cookies. They are really good, and I’m sure my mother-in-law is going to love them

Cherry Jam. I thought about using orange marmalade, but I thought it might be too bitter.
