SUGARCUBES, your dear Reverend is late again and atrociously unapologetic about it. I want to write Teen Wolf AU (because terrible taste in television is terrible, but utterly unrepentant) but. I have so many difficulties writing anything related to that show. (Ugh, would trying-but-failing-at-being-domininant!Marcus be an acceptable alteration?)

Man, I know what you mean. I've tried to write one Teen Wolf fic for a friend's b-day and it was a disaster. It's just really hard for me to feel the characters. Maybe because it's so crap (and yet SO GOOD).
AND YES FAILING AT DOMINANCE MARCUS IS MY FAVOURITE.
HE'S ALPHA MATERIAL FOR SURE BUT HONESTLY WHEN YOU PUT HIM NEXT TO RAWR RAWR RAWR ESCA HE'S JUST JELLY.

I keep trying to write a fic with gender bent Stiles (because I want sarcastic chicks with buzz cuts giving their lax bro best friends a hard time when they become a werewolf. I don't see why MTV can't cater to my tastes. *pout*) and it keeps not going anywhere because everyone is so two dimensional (they get a little better by the last couple of episodes. I'll give them that.) But Stiles, Jackson and Lydia are the only ones I feel have actual... Real people personalities.

I'll see what I can do. (Knowing me, it'll start like an snippet, then another, then another... because that is how my life has been working these days.) And Esca is totally going to get him to roll over and pant for it by the end. /requisite terrible dog pun.

OMGGG I would *love* genderbent Stiles. I mean I adore genderbent fic in any fandom (oh what I would *do* for fem!Marcus all bulky and towering over her Roman prospective husbands that are both turned on and terrified of her and then Uncle A. buys her a *ahem* boyfriend and Esca is all infuriatingly composed and just blinks at her when she works herself up WHY CAN'T I HAVE THIS). I know those three are my favourites since the rest is well....not really people lol.

(Also, genderbent Stiles has the added bonus of adding more lesbians to the internet in the form of girl!Stiles/Lydia which is how this whole thing got started anyway. I'm acquiring the horrible feeling that this is going to end in me re-watching Teen Wolf, which is a mildly horrifying prospect.)

I'll see if I can cook up some werewolf!Marcus and not-having-it!Esca later tonight. (Now I need to shower. I smell like a cafeteria. Bletch.)

(My love for Lydia knows very little bounds so I am all for hyperactive, buzz-cut sporting girl!Stiles getting it on with the secretly-genius Queen Bee. God, I know. I kind of want to, but at the same time I know it's because I forget about Scott, he's destroys the guilty-pleasure glory of that show even for me).
