i can't understand a lot of what you wrote (ang vague~~~) but whatever it is i'm sure things will clear out if you talk with the other person involved. she may seem busy with whatever is going on in her life but i'm sure if it's that big an issue, she'd be willing to talk with you about it... just ask her nicely :D

but i'd advice you not to listen to my advice since it's hypothetical and baseless~
