(no subject)
Friday...I don't recall what I did during the day but I'm sure it was
chores. I decided to spend the day with my family and join my mother,
grandmother, and brother at the mall. See, I have this nasty habit
where I don't buy anything for myself for several months but I spend
about $100 in one day on myself...and that's basically what happened.
Don't worry...all was on sale. We dropped off grandma, came home, and
waited for my uncles to come cuz they were gonna hang out and drink at
our house. Right after they came, my mom and I went to Bigos and
Antojitos to pick up some food...crap, I loooove their food. My mom was
surprised that I didn't go out since it was a Friday night but I was
unable to do anything. Plus, by the time someone was available, it was
too late for me to leave the house. Poop...
Saturday...I didn't think it would be a good day cuz people were going to the beach at 10am and I didn't wanna wake up that early. Crystal woke me up at noon, saying she didn't go...and I was delighted to hear. I went shopping again with my mom and grandma again. We went to Toys R Us cuz it was my cousins' birthdays that day...I forgot how much I used to love that store. I swear, I got nostalgic in the Barbie section. Not to all: we should play tag or hide-n-seek in that store...it's sooo much fun. Afterwards, we bought some sheets for my dorm cuz I'm NOT ordering it through A&M...can find it cheaper here. Came home and went to Crystal's after a short break. Went in her car to HEB to buy some more sushi (I know, we're obsessed) and Nutter Butter mini sandwiches...and then we had SUSHI IN THE PARK! Hehe, that was fun...we banged out the blanket and all. After enjoying that and laughing at our dorkiness, we headed to Hollywood Video to rent "In Good Company" and "Maria, Full of Grace." Went back to HEB (yes, AGAIN) to buy MORE SUSHI (for Patty) and ice cream, then headed home. Watched "In Good Company" first...good movie but bad ending. James came by and we watched "Maria, Full of Grace". We weren't able to finish the movie cuz the DVD was too scratched to watch the ending...we were frustrated. Upside = Crystal burned me Sondre Lerche, Bloc Party, and Kaiser Chiefs.
Today...went to church in the morning, but half asleep (went to sleep at 4am...hehe). Came home and relaxed as I listened to my new CDs. I'll be heading over to Crystal's again to re-rent "Maria, Full of Grace" and do other stuff we have yet to decide. Aaaand, she will burn Straylight Run for me...wooo!
