3:20 on a Wednesday. Pretty Boring. Right now, I am writing this from work (WRC) cos i am so bored. Since it is the beginning of the semester, there is nothing to do because no students have really come in yet. Two of the tutors just introduced themselves to me. James and Chris. I knew them before, but it was a nice little break from the norm, and i used to think they were kinda snobby, but not so much now.
Yesterday was the Patriot's Parade in Boston. It was so much fun. Jenna, Sharon and I took the 9:40 train into South Station from Lakeville/Middleboro. I figured out the subway pretty quickly too, which is surprising because my mom refers to me as a :country bumbkin". But the girls and i didn't get lost at all. We went to City Hall Plaza, where all the action was going on. We saw part of the parade from one spot, then relocated to see the actual Rally. It was really good. Ty Law made Bill Bellichick dance to Nelly's #1, just like two years ago, old white guy dancing- precious. For Boston being packed i saw so many familar faces: Danielle and her whole crew, Adam Latanzio, Even Benson (!!!!), Macala Claire, Vinnie D'Innocenzo, a bunch of other underclassmen. I also managed to find my sister and her roommate. Oh and at South Station, i saw the love of my life, Erik!!! (and the people he was with, even though i don't like them). It was a great day, definatly woth skipping classes for.
Last night my roommate had friends over to watch Lost in Translation, and Erich wanted to see it too so he came over. I personally wanted to watch Real World, but i guess there are always re-runs. I wasn't too impressed with the movie cos it was very anti-climatic. there was no solution, or big ending. Chris, Sarah's friend, said to look at it as contemporary, so maybe i am too simple too understand it? who knows. Let me know though if you can enlighten me.
Well this has become a random entry, i just felt obligated to update cos i havent in over a week. and cos i have nothing better to do at work. but it's 3:30 now so only 20 more minutes.
Maybe I'll write more later on tonite. I guess you the reader (which by the way, i am not quite sure who is anymore, let me knwo if you are reading this. even though some people love to remain annoymous, whatever) will have to wait and see!
