[Riley wasn't shaken by her death, and she doesn't feel any ill effects, but the experience has made her rather thoughtful, and she trusts that Godric won't be the sort to ask her inane questions while she's still figuring out how she feels about last night's adventure.]

[At some point she's going to have to get more words out of Godric. She can't really get a read on him and isn't sure if he's simply humoring her or honestly doesn't mind joining her.]

[It takes him no more than a minute to arrive at her door. He's gotten well-versed in the ship's structure over the few weeks of his residence. He knocks.]

[Riley had just finished putting on a pair of pants and light sweater over her tee when she heard the knock at the door. It wasn't really surprising that he'd already arrived, and headed over to open the door for the vampire. She greeted him with a rather subdued smile.]

[He nods to her in acknowledgment of that thanks. She's not quite a shadow of her former self, but she is definitely quieter than he knows her to be.]

Did it satisfy your curiosity?

[She's thoughtful, which is rather strange for her. Perhaps some food and she'll feel different.]

Part of it, yes. Entirely? It's too soon to say, really.

[For the time being, he says nothing. He's not particularly adept at encouraging small talk. He does, however, stand back from the door. Ready to go?]

[For that moment, Riley is fine with his silence. She gives him a small smile and shrug, then steps through the doorway as she closes the door behind her. Riley begins heading for the stairs, analyzing her body and trying to figure out whether or not she feels any different.]
