Personality:Hinata was always shy, by virtue of being passed over and scolded for most of her life, but when she accidently projected her emotions onto her family, she withdrew even more. She doesn't mind crowds as much as she used to, but she still has the fear that she'll loose control and take control of others' emotional state again. Despite all this, she has a hunger for real friends and companions. She has a strong drive to improve herself and control her powers, not only for her family, but so she can lead a happy life.
She like people with positive emotions and spends alot of her free time finding the loudest, most postive thinking person around and basking in their emotional waves. It's alot like sunbathing to her. It relaxes her and is a nice change from her usual surrounding emotions at home. She tries not to let others emotions dictate her own. The stronger the emotions, the harder it is for her to tune them out.
Hinata tries to be optimistic and show smiles rather than frowns. She'd rather say nothing than lie, and she hides how she feels alot, rather than outright lie about it. Feeling other people's pain also means she hates hurting people, emotionally or physically.
She doesn't get crushes easily, but when she does, she falls hard. Most of the people who have caught her eye in the past have been positive 'loud' people who seem to have no problem saying what they mean. It's partly due to the fact that she likes positive people in general, but also because she envies them for having that courage to wear their hearts on their sleeves.
♜ SAMPLES Third Person Sample: As a second year, Hinata knew more about the place than new people but it still didn't feel like she knew much at all. It was more of a home than the one she'd left though. She tugged her curtains into place and looked around the room. It was a little lonely. She hadn't gotten a roommate yet and try as she might, she couldn't feel any of the familiar emotions of her friends. She wilted a little and sat down on the bed. At least she was better at tuning out the bad ones now. Above her, someone was happy and she tilted her head back to let the warmth of that emotion flow down.
"I'll be fine." She whispered to herself and hugged herself. A little loneliness leaked out and she clamped down tighter, smiling despite her pain, "I can make new friends. I'll be fine."
She let her eyes close slowly and whispered, "Shino...Kiba. I hope you're both alright."
First Person Sample:
Is everyone alright this year? If anyone needs any help, I can try...I'm good with computers. Well. I'm okay, not good...
Alot of ... n-new faces this year. I hope everyone makes it here okay.
O-oh right, my name is Hinata Hyuuga, and I'm from Bevelle, Deningrad.

Sounds outside the door and a wave of nervous excitement warned Hinata that her roommate was coming and she set aside a folded jacket and stood. She let a thread of her own nervousness flow out and hoped that would reassure whoever was coming. She quickly brushed off her clothes, as if they had picked up dust from the immaculate room and glanced around to make sure her things were all in place. She was presentable when the knock finally came.
Hinata walked over and opened the door, peeking out curiously before remembering her manners. She stepped back quickly and held open the door to let her in, "H-hello! Welcome to Estrasia. I-I'm Hinata."
The girl looked nervous but hopeful and Hinata let herself hope too. Things could go just as well this year. This roommate could be just as kind and welcoming as Orihime. It was up to Hinata to make this a good year. She took a deep breath.
Hinata held out a still-gloved hand and started the new school year as she should. With a smile.

Hello! I've just noticed that whilst Hinata's journal still watching super_powers and super_log, she's not a member since all members were removed after the first closure of the game. Without being a member she won't be able to post any journal posts or logs, so... please join the communities? ♥;;
