So I'm going to (possibly naively) assume everyone who reads my blog reads at least one or two other local blogs and therefore knows about the GOP spyware thing.
You all, however are a bunch who aren't all that informed on the local issues and news so I'm going to tell you.
The MN GOP sent out this CD to people in swingable districts. It mines information and sends it back. Of course being the GOP there is no privacy policy so they can do whatever the hell the want with your information, they can

Now that's pretty basic stuff: what your IP is, what your CPU is, what your operating system is. But is it possible for me to find out how youvote in elections? What your position on abortion is? Or even how longit takes you to answer those questions? ? Can I get your private phonenumber, your address, your name, your spouse's name, your IP?

If you go back and read the couple posts before this you can find more information about what the disc is and the like. If anyone got the disc PLEASE PLEASE let me know, yes I to want to have one :)
