Surrendering The Summer
Well, in less than 32 hours...my summer of 2005 will officially be over. And this will be my final recap of the best summer of my life. I've grown up so much and evolved beyond the old Eric I once was. To be honest, when I came out of Junior year, I felt like some fat, ugly, undatable freak. But my MySpace and real friends changed everything. Over the course of this summer, I've taken pieces of me...analyzed them carefully, and found that my thoughts aren't true.
I'M NOT FAT!!-- I used to be fat, but I lost some weight over the summer. Thanks to work and not pigging out everyday. I'm happy with my body...though some flaws still bug me I'll get over them. I love me, as vain as it sounds, it's true.
I'M NOT UGLY!!-- I'm not, plain and simple. I don't think I'm the hottest guy in school, either. I now know from some certain friends in Lincoln Park [LEXI & TASHA]...that I can be attractive to someone. This was and still is a big confidence booster.
I'M NOT UNDATABLE!!-- Again, LEXI & TASHA, have told me flat-out that I am, in fact, a datable guy. They'd go out with me...now for my next mission: FIND A GIRL AT CARROLLTON WHO FEELS THE SAME WAY. I might have a girl or two in mind...but I'm not sure. I have to find when the times right.
I've done a lot this summer: trips, hanging out, movies, lunch, dinner, mall, dips in pools, parties, hi to new friends, good byes to an old one, all the etc.
But I've lost a lot too: maybe some friendships...time will tell, and I lost my pet cat of 10 years, Cougar, just last week.
So this summer had it's ups and downs. I cannot describe what I've been though on this one post alone,so read all my prior ones to see what I did this summer...look, read, comment!!
Also, I found out who and what I am. Like I said before, I've evolved as a person. There will be a new Eric Stacy at Carrollton. A more mature and immature Eric. You'll see!!
In closing, let me just say: I lived, I loved, I took pictures, I laughed, I cried, and I became
