i got to sing into the hornicator a few weeks ago.
“It usually starts with me either walking or biking around my neighborhood and seeing something interesting by the side of the road, in the garbage, that looks like it would make a nice sound, Then I go over and pick it up, seeing how heavy it is and if I can take it home with me. If I can, it ends up on the pile of possible instruments and then it’s just a matter of putting two and two together. Is it something that can be struck? Would it fit in a suitcase? Is it significantly different than the other instruments I already have?”
