Muaha.
Yesterday was the men's varsity championship game, and Mr. Morse, the school's athletic director/gym teacher, being the soccer-humper he is, decided to give them a "spirit bus" of people who would go to the game. Nevermind he wouldn't give the hockey team one last winter... *coughbiasedarsehatcough*
So, yeah, I went, and it got me out of English and Spanish classes. Rock.
Bus ride over (to Baltimore's St Paul's): Uneventful.
Game: Good. I loved when Cattanio was running SO DAMN FAST he fell and skidded Superman-style for, like, fifteen feet. I thought he was trying to knock the ball back in 'cause he nearly kicked it out of bounds. But damn can that boy run. We nicknamed the other team's goalie Spiderman, because he was freakishly agile and had a spider-sense, I swear to God. But, um, we lost 3-1, so blah. And I wanted to rush the field, too. ;_;
Ride back: Good... until we got to the McDonald's in Annapolis for dinner. Seems a fuse blew or something, and the headlights went out. So we ended up hanging around for three hours because the bus that was supposed to get us broke down en route or sommat, and the other bus was an hour and a half away. Ended up gettign a ride with Justin, and got home at 9 o'clock. Argh.
...and I could've gotten a ride home with Caroline's uncle about forty minutes earlier, but his pickup only seats five, and the Shannahan's asked for a lift first. And no one else but Justin seemed to be heading to Easton, so we had to wait on his mom. Blah.
... though playing Cell Phones, as opposed to Spoons, was fairly entertaning. Thank God someone brought cards. ^_^
And Halo 2 TEMPTS ME SO BAD. But I will be strong, if only because I don't have the money to buy a XBrick.
