A Christmas Card With Global Experience
Siskiou sent me a Pros Christmas and Happy New Year Card with a cute little story. Thanks a lot, siskiou, it's beautiful!
Top right it says: "What! Cowley cancelled our Christmas leave?"
In the bauble it is: "Just kidding, Bodie!"
The strange thing is that this postcard needed three weeks to travel from the USA to Germany. I thought a while about what the postcard has seen during this time. I'm sure someone in a plane thought the card should learn a bit more of the world and showed it penguins and ice bears, Western Sahara and Outer Mongolia.
The card even might have been at the balcony in Verona, too, imagining Doyle on the balcony and Bodie standing on the ground declaring his eternal love - or was it the other way round? (Or did they shout at each other?)
Well, I think I am proud (and a bit envious) that my card has seen so many places in the world and I will keep it cherished!
