What up, y'all?
The DVD is almost done, really. We will be announcing a release date
soon. Mixing will be complete in the next few weeks, then we are good to
go. Previews are up on our website, in the media section.
Recording continues with Bryan & Chris. Working titles for the four
jams are Bull Takes Fighter, Cloud of Dust, Time Honored Tradition, and
Handfull of Words. All four songs are in the set for upcoming
shows...don't miss your chance to hear them before they are released!
Well, we warned you we were coming to town, and here we come. We are
announcing two shows in the North West in June. Dates are in the works
for May and July, and should be announced in the next week or so. If you
want to help promote any shows contact concert411@aol.com. We'd love to
have you on involved, and the shows always turn out better when you
guys help out! Check the web site often for tour updates

Dear Friends of FIF,
THE END IS HERE will be in stores 3 weeks from today (on 4/20/04) and
it is amazing. The live recording makes you feel like you are in the
front row of the final FIF show. The artwork is a great tribute to both
the band and their fans and as special thank you to you guys we have
lowered the price to $13.98 for the first 10 days. That price includes both
THE END IS NEAR and THE END IS HERE CDs, a new track from the NEAR
recording session and a great poster with live shots from the farewell
tour. It is by far my favorite Five Iron package.
In regards to the comment in the subject about "something new", 5
Minute Walk Records is proud to announce that we have signed Reese to an
exclusive recording agreement!!! His new band will be called "Roper" and
we are hoping to have the cd in stores by early October . If you
would like to help us spread the word about Roper, please send an email to
RoperTeam@hotmail.com
We are also going to have a contest for a sticker design for Roper. The
winner will receive $100 and credit in the album notes. If you would
like to participate please email the sticker artwork as a pdf file to
info@5minutewalk.com and put "Roper" as the subject. We will be picking
a winner on Monday 4/5/04.
We are very excited about the final FIF CD, THE END IS HERE, and the
debut ROPER album and want to thank you in advance for helping us get the
word out about both projects.
