So much to do....so little time
Well, the trip to the Smithsonian went very well. I was even able to get a little sight seeing in which nearly never happens. While there I was able to tour the Smithsonian a bit but didn't get to finish all of the areas I would have liked. (it's extremely large you know) Any whoo, I thought I would have been able to work on my fic (Mind's Eye) a bit but never got the chance. I feel like I've left our poor Connor in the past, same as Series 3. Seems I've just not got proper time to work on it. Between work, work and oh, I don't know uh,...more work it's been quite hectic. Within the last several months I've travelled more than I did all of last year. I guess this is a good thing??? On which subject, several people have asked for a transcript of the lecture I give. I'm also working on putting that together to put on my lj as well. Please be patient with me is all I ask. I'm a little behind on most everything in my life right now, save for work. I have loads of shows to watch, OH and my DVDs came while I was away so I've got those as well. Finally, I've been trying to spice up my "Quote of the Day" (or QOTD as glofigs calls it) a little by adding a picture to go with the quote. As I'm horrible at doing gifs this will have to suffice for now. All of the quotes have been from Primeval thus far but others will be appearing soon I promise. The "Connor Hat" from which I get my QOTD is starting to run low, so that is another thing on my list of things to do. There are just SO MANY quotes from Primeval, it's easy to keep going and going. But as the ALP site is not a Primeval site I would like to give equal time to other witty quotes from our Andrew. Time to get back to work.
