For christmas I got a wireless, ball-less mouse and a wireless router. The trees are very stingy with their internet out here and sometimes refuse to share at all. So using my dad's cable connecion would be really nice.
I tried to install said router and couldn't do step two out of five.
Dad doesn't have an ethernet card in his computer, his router is connected with a usb and somehow magically works. His computer is oooooold. I cannot plug dad's computer into my router and then his router into my router so that they can tell each other hello. I feel that there must be a way around this.
I hate technology.
This would be another christmas present that I have gotten related to the damn smart box that I can't really use in my lifetime and it is damn frustrating.
Anyone feel like driving to the country to fix my computer?
Then JC if it makes you feel better I got a vest too. Along with some underwear, toothbrush, toothpaste, a penguin that poops candy, some gift cards, and a yetti that sings have a holly jolly christmas who is just dying to talk to mark's answering macine.
What did I really want for christmas? The free time that came with the holiday. My half of the house is clean and I know feel less guilty playing my git-tar or doing artwork when it is all sparkley back there.
