HAIR: She had blue streaks in her hair, but she's made to take them out.

POSSESSIONS: She has a pale white wand along with a second wand. “Ciara sighed, hiding her second wand in her suitcase just in case her first one broke.” She also has two hand pistols. She wore trousers, but is forced to start wearing a skirt. She also has a PSP 360 so she can play video games whenever she wants to.
CONNECTION TO CANON: She's sent into into the past over a thousand years to deal with Voldemort. Tom suspects that her words are rehearsed. The rest is about her days in school with little to no interaction with Tom.

SPECIAL ABILITIES: Where to start with this one. The way she walks leaves “and air of purity”. She's been a part of the SSS (Secret Savior Services) since she was nine to twelve years of age. “In 1942 they used one wand; people began using two wands around 2780”. (Wands are not guns.) “She now saw why he is a 7.3, everything about him is creepy but attractive...” Her job is pretty much to prevent him from killing and making Horucruxes.
NOTES: Yes... the future apocalyptic setting a thousand years in the future can be attributed to Voldemort as well as other Dark Wizards rising to power again. Also, how can this facility be secret when the worlds human population has dropped under two-thousand. And you're allowed to join the SS at such a young age. I think the writer meant part of a secret project within the elite society.

The mouldy thick London air of 3060 lingered above the citizens, the air was different than it would have been thousands of years ago. This air contained evil, because now, that's all that ever existed.
In 3060 on planet earth, only more than a few thousand people existed. That means that over the past 2000 years, more than 97% of the muggle and Wizarding population was vanquished, leaving only purebloods to exist, and Muggle and muggle-born slaves.
Many people asked how everything got like this.
Everything and anything that had dark, strong power had returned. Some people knew how certain dark wizards had regained power and regained consciousness from the dead and some do not. Once all evil started to return, or their past had been altered to prevent defeat, each evil dark wizard joined forces, therefore creating an army of dark forces, larger than it had ever been. Many, many people joined out of fear, rarely a few joined in because of power, or glory hunting. This time it was different, this time only the greatest had the power.
Muggle-borns were killed or enslaved, as Muggles were just mainly killed; therefore leaving purebloods to expand, by marrying their own families, and each other's families. In 3060, a total number of 1345 pureblood witch and wizards exist. The dark army now owns earth, and it's people.
That's when the SSS (Secret Saviour Services) started, and many Muggle-borns and purebloods joined. The purebloods were different than how they would have been before, blood status meant nothing now, because all that ever existed were purebloods.
The SSS would recruit any young wizard from the ages of 9-12 to start with. They would train for approximately 5 years and get sent on a mission to prevent certain dark wizards from ever rising to power. Since this secret facility is new, only 100 wizards are recruited and have been trained. But allowing a young wizard to do such dangerous missions must require them to hit over a rate of 6 ticks.
If under, than the witch/wizard must be fully trained until they reach the band mark of 6 ticks and over; only 1 witch has been able to hit 8 ticks by the age of 16… Ciara Jones.
Ciara Jones took her job very seriously, she trained 24/7 and learned to block out any emotion that could interfere with her missions. She had already been sent on dangerous missions that many 5 tickers would be sent out for although mainly older wizards would be sent out on such high tick missions. Contradicting her stern efforts and loyalty to work, Ciara was a sarcastic, intelligent, cunning girl, making her pureblood family proud to have someone burst with personality under such terrifying conditions.
Ciara walked across the abandoned bridge of London, each step leaving an air of purity as she made her way toward the heavy, green river below the bridge. Taking out her pale white wand, she tapped the bricks accordingly; making sure no one was watching her (although she was certain there wasn't since she was under a disillusion charm). One by one each brick opened, giving her enough space to crawl through. Once inside, neon green lights lit up allowing her to slide down the tunnel that led to the main station where the wizard and witches were in training.
