Here is day seventeen. The results for round four is that Ravenclaw has sixteen points, Gryffindor and Hufflepuff have seventeen and Slytherin has nineteen points. So today we start off with Ravenclaw.

CONNECTION TO CANON: Chapter one is about Harry getting blessed by a unicorn mother. Second chapter is Dumbledore announcing that a second war is coming and the introduction of a girl who dreams of Harry. Chapter three is him going through a special ceremony with the forest animals. Chapter four is him being disowned by his own parents, but it turns out to be Harry's evil grandparents. He then runs away and is found by the elves in the next chapter and in the last chapter Harry bonds with a Dragon
ORIGIN: When Harry was a child he was sent to live with the Dursley family because Lily and James thought he was a squib. He runs around in the forest near the house and sees a unicorn “fowl” killed by Dementors. Because Harry weeps over its death, the unicorn mother pretty much blesses him. That, or he some how manages to save it.
SPECIAL ABILITIES: “After the night Harry had saved the unicorn he realized that he could communicate with the creatures of the forest, not only that the unicorn had said the humans that told him he was squib were stupid creatures, the creatures of the forest had decided that they would help teach the boy about there kind of magic, Harry was told by Serena the unicorn that all creatures had magic, from the night owls to the field mouse.”
NOTES: So... normally the plot would get a toxic rating, but the prose isn't really toxic. It's kind of... meh.
SAMPLE:
Harry potter always knew he was different was sent to his aunt and uncle at the age of eight, his family believing he was a squib, he often hid in the forrest to get a way from his brute of a cousin Dudley Dursley.
Harry enjoyed the serenity of the Forest tall ancient trees hiding the light from the Forrest floor, the exotic sent of the flowers an fruits made this place feel like home.
