Alright, since the Troll (hereafter referred to as 'Not-Bob', that being the name they gave her on fandom_wank) seems to have made herself at home in our dungeons and it might be a while until we can get Quirrel in to remove her, I think we need to start laying down some ( ground rules. )

Actually, it was in reference to the fact that fangirls mistakenly call him "Legolas Greenleaf", when in fact 'greenleaf' is merely a loose translation of his first name.

Although come to think of it, isn't Fleur French for 'flower'? Wow, I can sense some really bad puns ahead.

Yep. That's what I meant: Flower Greenleaf, essentially.

I knew what you were getting at with the Greenleaf thing. Bugs me, too. (Especially a recent fic that talked about the "humble Greenleaf family.")

Ah, my bad.

Is it possible the author came up with this pairing for the sole purpose of having a character named Flower Greenleaf? Perhaps I'm overestimating the Sue authors, but I can't see how anyone would logically think, "Well golly, Legolas sure needs a wife...How about Fleur?"
