I love the character of Hermione and stories like this upset me a lot. It's not just that they bastardize the character, but it shows that the people completely miss the point of the character. Hermione was there to show that all wizards were equal regardless of race, gender, color, or blood purity. She is there to show that girls can be just as strong as guys, nerdy girls can be awesome, and muggle-borns can kick ass. She is proof against Voldemort's ideology. When people write stories like this it shows that have no understanding of the character they are mutilating.
