Déménager
Seems that no one updates old LJ much now, but for the benefit of those who still read this and not myspace et al.:
I have found an apartment in North Melbourne, into which I'm moving next Saturday. The place itself is nice, but rather unfortunately located in an ugly, ugly building. However! I am not complaining because the street is leafy, the apartment bright, and for the first time I will be consciously living in Melbourne, and I am quite excited about this.
I just took a trip to the shops and bought things like cutlery, dinnerplates etc. I feel like a homemaker. It's great.
