Harry Blind in one Eye??
So a very long time ago I remember reading a fic where Harry was blind in one eye. (possibly the result of abuse by the Dursleys?)
I remember a scene where I think he was in a quidditch match and at the last minute before he could get the snitch, his team loses because he didn't see the opposition coming in from behind his blind side?
From there I think someone was annoyed at him he lost the snitch, and then it came out he was half blind (it was kept secret till then?).
I could be wrong, but it might have been a Slytherin Harry fic?
