Question: I also use PSP, but I have no idea how to desaturate. Can you help?

i think you can go to image>adjustments>hue/saturation something like that. turn the saturation down to -100. does that help?

I know I'm an idiot, but I have PSP9 and have no clue as to how to flood fill a new layer. Which kind of layer do you use, the media art layer?

I have NO idea what your talking about, I have used PSP8 before.. I don't know about 9 but you just creat a new layer, and choose your color, then fill it in with the pucket tool.
