All they did during the last battle was run around screaming for him. And Voldemort knows the Malfoys' weak spot - threaten their son and they fold like origami paper - Draco's not their punching bag, he's their precious baby boy.
Lucius might be a bit strict and demanding, but abusive? Ha. I'd say that Dinky Drakiedums is spoilt rotten. He's not beaten, he's not locked in a closet, he's not Crucio'd, he's not used as a sex toy at Death Eater orgies. For all we know, Lucius and Draco enjoy regular father-and-son fishing trips.
