(no subject)
alrighty,
wednesday: I woke up feeling like crap-o, and I had an adv earth and space test. But I still went to school. yea I know, Im crazy. Anyways I probably failed the test because I dont think I was paying attention at all and was like ok this answer sounds good so lets go with it. Then in orchestra I felt even worse and I didnt play because I felt so bad and Mr. Robertson was like so why didnt you play and whatnot and I was like im sick and he was all gee thats too bad (but he had the attitude of like who the hell cares get your damn violin out next time you feel sick and play anyway because Im a heartless bastard).
Thursday: felt even worse. but I took some pills and I felt better so we went over to my gmas later and made these cookies and I cant spell the name but its polish and it sounds like kiss-chicky only its not (thats how my little cousin said it) anyways we stayed there until like 7 and came home and by then I felt much worse and took a shower and layed down and my parents went shopping. and then jordan and sam came by and dropped off some cookies which made my day better.
Thursday night/friday morning: woke up at 3 in the morning coughing and what not and then went back to bed and woke up again at 4, and then again at 5, and at 6.
friday: er... well.... I know that I felt even worse than on thursday and my voice started getting all raspy and it was just a gross day. but at like maybe...round 3...4ish me and my dad went shopping and we walked the entire 3 floors of nordstrom and saks fifth ave. (mind you all I was sick while doing so) so came home and my sister was home (samantha) and she brought 5 of her 17 gerbil babies with her,
by the way if anyone wants a gerbil im sure you can have one, or 5. so then we got pizza and that was the basis of the rest of the night.
friday night/ early saturday morning: woke up once again at 3 in the morning and was coughing away and then i couldnt fall asleep because my throat hurt so damn badly. so I stayed up watching the cosby show and god knows what else on nick at night for about 3 hours and then I finally went into some sort of sleep, kinda like a cat nap, where i was asleep but i wasnt really asleep. i dunno.
The entire day I had no voice.
anyways then I took a shower around 8 and went shopping with my sister and nick, and I was supposed to be getting these mugs that my aunt wanted (Shes my godmother so I get her a present every christmas) anyways she wanted these mugs with loons on them, for those who dont know, loons are like ducks, but theyre like black canadian ducks. so she told my mom that they were at coffee beanery, well on friday I had gone to 3 coffee beanery's, 2 caribous and probably 2 starbucks looking for these damn mugs.
we found one. just one mug at a hallmark. and since the people who run hallmark are idiots different stores dont stock the same stuff.
anyways so we go to a bunch of different stores and end up going all the way out to great lakes crossing, to go look at outdoor world. I have never been in outdoor world. I had no idea that they actually had like ginormus fish in a tank and duckies and things like living there in the store where they sell the equpiment to kill them and eat them and then go to sleep in your nice little mummy sleeping bags. But no mugs. we get back around 1ish and my moms friend and her family came over around 2 and then they left around 5.
then we go to my grandparents house and do dinner and presents and they got me this sweet little bank thing, thats like a replica of an antique one, I liked it, it was pretty dern neat. Then we went home and my parents gave me and my sisters silky pjs, and then I wrapped presents watched tv and went to bed.
Christmas: was sweet. I got more than I had expected, and I love my parents. I woke up and had my voice back, for the most part. It was a Christmas miracle.
after we opened gifts we watched our new lotr rotk movie, had breakfast, took showers, made pies, and then we headed on over to my grandmas house. it was good day, only in the days before I hadnt gotten much sleep so I took a nice nap at my grandmas house. everyone thought I was still sick, and I couldnt convince anyone otherwise.
so day after christmas, played around with my new gifts, cleaned....a little bit. then later we went to my grandmas house for left over night. and my uncle, samantha and nick attempted to teach me uchure? er...euchure? i dunno that really confusing card game that no one has successfully been able to puncture into my head for the last 3 years, well I finally got it, and I can play now. Im very proud of myself.
the only thing, the absolute only slight drawback, was I didnt get this thing that I really wanted and kept asking my parents about, and dropping hints about it since october. I mean its no big, compared to everything else that happened this past week its like one tiny water molecule of a drop of rain on the parade.
BUT IT DONT MATTER BECAUSE MY VOICE IS BACK AND I GOT FABULOUS PRESENTS AND I LOVE MY FAM AND I MISS MY FRIENDS!
