Some sort of faerie has stolen the voice of a starling (female european starling, to be exact) and is using it to harass our house. Possibly intentionally targeting me, since I'm pretty susceptible to the sound of a bird in distress, in a way I'm not to most animals

uuuugh. what paige is doing will break the bond the faery did to steal the bird's voice, but if it's particularly terrible it'll just kill another bird & do it again to harass you

ik this is a little ~dramatic but if you make four little bags w/ oregano, parsley, st john's wort & a nail and put one at each corner of yr yard for a month it should chase it off. st john's wort is like the fey chasing plant & you can just use the capsules & break them open, oregano & parsley work best fresh. parsley & oregano both have a history as death & protective plants. also it smells nice and st johns wort smells of butts and throwing nails in yr yard without cutting it w/ some plants will make all the little not annoying fey run away

and they probably won't come back, not w/o some srs aid, iron is fairly poisonous to them. ik what to plant to undo it but lql plants r my thing~, it'd be easier for you to just make the bags tbqh

oh if you want some extra insurance add some sprigs of fresh rosemary in there.

basically it's a plant & iron ward that would repel fey for a month or so, but not like

She just buried the bird, there is now a gathering of noisy corvids in the yard that keep chasing each other around

i can't even tell you if you pissed something off or anything, fey are notoriously techy, it probs just is bored and mean

lql corvids are actually ok esp w/ u. carrion bird and all, they like death. give them some bread scraps to calm them down & they'll be ok

IDK things are growing weird in the woods, all of the paths r suddenly overgrown, so I figured it wouldn't hurt if I left out one of the cookies I baked on the big rock just inside the woods

IKKKK I love corvids they are my fave. Thus why their distress is alarming to me lol. & one of the ones out there isn't one we see around here, it's one of the big old crows that I've seen in Salem. The others keep chasing it out of the yard

We used to have so many house sparrows until dad got rid of all the honeysuckle they were living in in our yard ;n; I miss them

Also u lied, this st john's wort smells gr8 o u o which is a good thing bc I spilled some of it on my bed lololol
