I noticed that a townhall meeting in Tinicum made it into the Philly Inquirer the other day, hosted by a group called Eco Bucks. The topic concerned a proposed 1,400 residences a developer wants to construct in the township. As of the 2000 census, Tinicum had a population of about 4,000. Do you know where exactly they're proposing to put that? I know of a similar proposal to happen DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET from my house, but I'm just north? of you in Bridgeton township...

Being an ex-Bucks Countian and living there for 10 years, I can relate to the frustration that everyone is getting with how overdeveloped they want to make Bucks. It is really a beautiful area, and I find it pathetic that money has become the mainstay of that area as opposed to the attractiveness of the land.

I feel like either an idiot for writing that, or fairly philosophical. Meh.
