Glastonbury Festival SUCKS BALLS
Okay, it's not enough that Noel Gallagher of Oasis is flat out refusing to play Glastonbury, but now this unfortunate news.
Rick Wright's dying dream was to play one last Floyd concert, a big outdoor event in their home country of England.
Roger Waters agreed.
David Gilmour agreed.
Nick Mason agreed.
They asked to play the Glastonbury festival this year, but were REFUSED.
REFUSED!
Can you imagine ANYONE in their right mind REFUSING to let Pink Floyd reunite ANYWHERE?
And they were told Rick was sick as well.
Their reasoning was they didn't want to bump one of their headliners down because of a "bigger" band.
I don't care WHO played that festival, THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT FIVE BANDS* BIGGER IN THE HISTORY OF ROCK, AND MOST OF THEM ARE NOT TOGETHER ANYMORE!
They considered bumping Kings of Leon, but decided against it.
