Dude, I am so sorry I missed the play on Saturday. I had every intention of going, but with the snowstorm Friday (I didn't even go down the shore that night for the band's gig), I spent several hours Saturday morning shovelling snow and ice off the front walk and driveway, and was just plain worn out.
And while I wanted to go, the thought of having to leave by 1 PM to get there for four, and then deal with a similar ride home... I'm sorry, I just couldn't.
So I am very, very sorry I missed the show. I hope you're not too mad.

Oh, and it was really great seeing you again, just wish I had seen you for often or for longer periods of time.
