hey ppl-
Confession: I never had much of a self image issue, the only thing I dislike about my body is that my thighs are a little large. However, since starting yoga and working out... I've toned my thighs and lost a little fat all around... and it's totally raised my self confidence. I'm getting all into meditation and recommending yoga to everyone.
Also, I've recently found a more defined path to follow in my college/career life. It's a relief to work towards something, freedom is fun but if you take random classes forever and don't get a degree... then what??
