Feeling the Halloween vibe this year, not sure exactly what I'm gonna do, but it better involve a pumpkin and a knife. I did go on a picnic in the graveyard yesterday, thanks to a pen pals excellent idea. It was a lot of fun, but I don't think anyone else enjoyed it as much as I did. I do think sometimes that I need younger friends. Young people are perfectly willing to sit in a dark creepy place in the cold, or stay up all night doing nothing in particular. But it always comes back to that, doesn't it? I don't mean to say my friends aren't any fun, they are. They just have a lot going on, a lot of adult commitments, a lot of adult stress and worry. I just couldn't live like that.
Speaking of adult stress, I'm looking forward to be unstressed financially, at least on a day to day basis. I am still in massive debt, but being able to buy a cup of tea on a whim or go to a concert without hesitation, would be lovely. And catching up on things much needed, like clothes. And of course, being able to stock up on food. Because spaghetti and ramen is only good for SO long.
Today will consist of possibly work, definitely cleaning the yurt, and hopefully hanging out with friends.
