Last night Virginie and I collaborated on making baked stuffed pears from
The Mediterranean Vegan Kitchen (I love that cookbook) for Easter dessert (we're going to my sister's! Avocado's going to meet Chester and I'm so excited because they're both playful cats). This is to remind everyone, if I don't put up the recipe and pictures later (along with the butternut squash pictures), to yell at me until I do.
Of course, I haven't eaten them yet, so I don't know how they came out... but they smell amazing.
