(no subject)
So the past few weeks have been uneventful, really. We closed "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown" and it was, without a doubt, the best show I've been a part of. I got so emotional at the end with 'Happiness' that I couldn't finish it. I had to tuck my face into Ashely's shoulder to keep from completely losing it. It was my girliest moment to date, hehe. onecheekyhobbit was there, which didn't help. It was really, really good to have her and Sarah there, people I knew... but it just made it worse for the emotions in the end lol.
Since then I've just been doing the usual. I moved out of Ashley's place, and most of my stuff is in the trunk of Chris' car, waiting to be unpacked in our new place. We signed our lease about a week ago on a one bedroom apartment. Our friend, Aaron is going to teach in Korea for a year and it's his apartment that we'll be taking over. We'll have our own washer and dryer, a dishwasher and the rest of the appliances are fairly new, too. I'll be very happy to have it be just the two of us again.
Chris passed his comps and his thesis defense, which means he now has his Masters. :) Am very proud of my boy. He got offered a teaching job here at Eastern, so we'll be here for another year, so he can build up his resume.
So right now, I'm just doing the day-to-day things. It's not too bad :)
