i'm wondering what sanada should do about this.

he's still a trainee, and not interested in doing anything illegal. i guess it depends upon whether or not yukimura can convince him to leave it alone.

although...

i suspect that sanada might pressure his mom into spilling his direct connection to katsuki. then it becomes a family matter that sanada will deal with.

Yukimura is going to try his damnedest to get Sanada to leave it to him, though he wouldn't object to Sanada speaking to his mother about it, especially after Yuki tells him that the biological connection lies on his mother's side, not his father's.

aha. good point.

i also like the katsuki-goes-to-visit-mom plotpoint.

then, even if sanada does nothing violent, there will be some angsting coming from it because sanada realizes it's his family's fault -- and that he owes yukimura quite a lot.

and yukimura would try to make sanada realize that he (gen) had zero control over katsuki's behavior and actions and doesn't owe him a damn thing.
