RP Log: Fuji and TEH Report

Date: Unknown
Rating: G
Summary: Top-secret Report

-----

Fuji stared at his computer screen in his secluded apartment, eyes unflinching and brows forming a frown in concentration. He has put this particular report off about as long as he could, and despite his other accomplishments, his American superiors were now breathing down his neck for it’s submission.

The report itself wasn’t particularly hard; he could recite the needed information by heart. The problem was, how much information was he willing to give? The spy was unwilling to give all he knew or all they asked for, and withholding too much information was only marking himself for investigation.

Sitting back in his chair, Fuji closed his eyes and rubbed his temple. He has been revising this document for hours, something that he has never done before, even while in school. Making up his mind, Fuji looked over the report again. Highlighting a few parts, he either completely deleted the passage or changed the content almost entirely.

Finally, six hours after he sat down to work on an already completed assignment, he clicked the send button. Transferring a heavily encoded file through a secured channel to somewhere out in the world.

Personal Observation

Refraining from stating everything that has already been reported in my previous reports and above. But to sum it up for those who were too busy to read the said reports: The Japanese director is highly capable.

I would highly oppose to any plans of sabotage at the moment as our standing in Asia is quite weak and it is beneficial to have someone with his skill level to keep China and North Korea busy while we focus our resources somewhere else, like the Middle East.

Although his standing in the organization seems firm, that is only so on the surface. There are enough resentment for his age and his position from the older employees to guarantee we would be able to have a number of eager inside wo/men shall the time comes, for at least another decade or two. While he does not keep many acquaintances that are vulnerable to become leverages, his secretaries who handle most of his business and personal affairs are ripe for plucking. Still, personal recommendation would be the Director of Operations, Sumimoto Takeshi. Who was in line for Tezuka’s position before it was taken over and had on a number of unofficial occasions while under intoxication expressed resentment towards the younger man who ‘stole his job.’ His abhorrence to Tezuka would make him a prime candidate.

Hobby wise, it would almost seem he’s determined to get assassinated. Although not as well protected compared to while he is in office or at his residence, Tezuka is capable of protecting himself (having tried on multiple occasions to get close to him without detection, it seemed almost impossible.) But as a human, even he would have a hard time surviving avalanches, landslides, or other ‘natural’ disasters, or even attacks by vicious animals.

----------

The sports section of the local newspaper was left in a certain locker in an unnamed train station. A quick flip through would indicate that the article about the American baseball team, the Yankees, was circled with a amber highlighter, but nothing else seem to be out of order. The only fingerprints on the paper were from the vendor and whoever touched the paper while it was in the press or on the way to distribution. The ink of the highlighter would be traced to a popular brand that has millions of distribution worldwide. No farther information can be gathered from this piece of evidence.

Also inside the locker is a normal envelop containing the ticket to an upcoming opening night for a show in Shibuya titled 'Eye on the Sky.' The envelope is unlabeled, but sealed with a tiny wasabi stain.
