looks like we've found a house
we can move in asap once we turn over the money...
two months of rent and a $250 dollar deposit for each of the four of us = $1,150 (ouch!)
it's pretty harsh since we didn't expect to move until august and we now have to pay july rent
we only have a few days to sign the lease and hand over a check
John is trying to find a way to get enough money cuz he's a bit short, but he says it isn't a problem
i also might have to loan rick like $700 until his pell grant check comes in mid-july (extra ouch!)
i hope this goes through... the house is amazing.
