Been ages since I made a football post
Man, what a week for CL football it's been. I went to bed nervous last night because a bunch of people online had ~bad feelings~ about the Bayern - Donetsk match...sure didn't expect such a dominant game from us! Of course, there's the quarterfinals next....and that brings me to my next point.
SCHALKE. YOU WERE SO CLOSE. I'm really surprised by how well they did, but it's really such a shame that they didn't manage to knock out Real Madrid. >_> That would have been really amazing, and the more German clubs that advance the better.
And then the Chelsea - PSG match. I thought that Chelsea would inch through, so I'm happy that PSG advanced, ngl. And man, so much drama around this match, which is pretty amusing to me, since I have no emotional investment in either team.
Now just hoping we get a good draw S:
