Jepp, that picture sums it up perfectly, I have to acknowledge that, lol. Ooouh, I've seen the scenes with Basti on TV before, and from what I could grasp, he's been always eager to encourage the others, altogether with Philipp and Thomas (the three of them were called the "Urbayern" XD).

It really *was* a mindfuck; The way I see it, Manu and Benni - like all footballers - were (and still are) playing a game of "hide'n'seek" in front of the cameras; one must be either blind or stupid if he insists that Benni didn't know about Manu's decision - and, of course, he would have rather died than telling anyone about it. We're nothing but observers in a world that is struggling with the difficulty of keeping private secrets - and I'm pretty certain too that there must be more to that than these little signs of trust between them; Manu's photo, the mutual promise that they'd be always playing together, ambiguous/affectionate glances, teary eyes, enthusiastiv nods... These things can be so much more than they appear to be, only that we'll never know for sure, because *we* are only observers. But it's like you said: If this isn't love, I don't know what is. And these exact little things send small, but still deep messages, that can or cannot be overlooked; because I couldn't agree more to your comment: It's their way of saying things they can't actually say. And that's what makes them a bitter sweet, but beautiful bromance and one day, I'm sure of that, they'll get rid of the angst... One way or another. ;) (I'm quite emotional today, so please excuse me for ranting too much. XD)

Well, it wasn't actually required, but I took it either way (for three years), since I'm a general sucker for language classes - plus, according to my tutor, I hadn't had enough classes back then, soooo... But it was fun, we were a small group having one of the most comfortable teachers ever, and I always had pretty good grades, so it was okay^^
MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY: OMG, MY FUTURE. XD I was literally astonished at how many things she saw were actually true (referring to my past and present life, my friends and family). It was definitely worth it (even though it cost me 75 € There goes my jersey money... XD The main thing that prevents me from learning more languages is the declension and conjugation I would have to learn; Chinese has none and English has little compared to a lot of other languages, so I don't wanna! Well part of the problem is that there's a phenomenon in China called 'leftover women'...basically once a girl hits 26 she's considered old (implication: if she's not married by then then there's something wrong with her). >_< And I'm 23 >_< So I'm kind of worried about that...though tbh my father worries more about it, lol. But I also believe that a man who cares about little things like that isn't worth marrying, so...idk idk. I guess I kind of trust that I'll meet the right man.
