it's a shame you let other numbers in the game
So guys, I'm seriously considering this property because dedicated internet access and included utilities? I can totally take living with a couple and two cats, no problem. Hopefully they will be nice old folks and adore my Chineseness and my lack of common sense ;_;. Anyone on the flist want to give some opinions before I go bother the people at the student office who are supposed to help poor international postgrads like me find accommodations? :3 Yeah, it's kind of far from the uni, but it's cheap and ;_;. This one too.
tbqh I'm mostly hoping for renting from an owner occupier because it is the cheapest and I will hopefully just be my cute Chinese self and get along with everyone and their fucking cats. :P I just want internet & utilities, that's it. ;_; And hot water, please.
Anyway, I got my student visa, in case you couldn't guess. :p I'm leaving tomorrow (15 Sep.) and will arrive in Leeds 16 Sep before noon. I am super anxious and excited at the same time, but first I still need to pack and tie up loose ends (hence looking at some properties before I get to Leeds ;_;).
So hopefully I will get to meet lots of people while I'm in the UK! I'll be around until later tonight, and then I'll be talking to everyone in GMT +0! :P
