At the airport, the lamination on my copy of Rainforest set the freaking detectors off. And now the paper cover is all bent at the edges. After all the care I took in making sure the paper didn't bend! AND there is a slit on the cover that looks like someone took a knife and sliced a straight line down it. WTF. Thanks, TSA, for tarnishing my beautiful book. If I had known, I wouldn't have painstakingly made sure it remained perfect when I packed.
Also, when I was entering the walkway to the plane, a sign on the door said "entering this secure and sterile area" blah blah blah. Plz get your knowledge of sterility straight, kthxbai.
And people wonder why I have no faith in government.
