how near? coupla weeks. how far? coupla miles.
well, it's final. carrie-bear and i are moving to the great city of Athens, GA. hooray for us! i talked to my parents, and aside from a few expected objections, all is good. In fact they're giving us a bunch of furniture and stuff. DVD player, TV, futon, etc. etc. They rool. =] Not to mention all the dishes and home stuff from carrie's parents. we should be totally straight when we get there.
well, a little update on the previous weekend.
i went to the aforementioned city, and saw my good good buddy ellis play a little open mike. it was spectacular. i love her voice! many funny stories from that show, but it's almost oneAM, so i'm not going to go into them. suffice to say that i had a good time.
and the captain is going to paris! oh, the jealousy. rarr. i told her she has to have a steamy parisian affair.
i can't wait to move to athens to be with all of my friends. *sigh* we'll be living right around the corner from emmy-head, and carrie's job. super. =] i love that silly girl, emmy. it'll be good to be closer so we spend gobs of cash grunching at the brit. roque.
