Training Day
WHO: James and Yoda, anyone else wandering by the hotel.
WHAT: James takes Yoda up on his offer to train.
WHERE: Outside of the hotel where they both reside in New Mexico
WHEN: Backdated to the day before Captain America arrives.
WARNINGS: None really, maybe some martial arts action.
Yoda stood outside in the afternoon sun, letting it warm him. While this place was still quite different from anywhere that he had previously called home, it was certainly comfortable during the daytime, when the sun was out. He was leaning on his cane, waiting for James to come and join him.
The boy had agreed to let Yoda train him, and that was what Yoda was going to do. He liked the boy's spirit, and while his emotions were sometimes clouded, he had a pure heart. Centuries of training Jedi had taught Yoda what to look for, and this boy had it. Well, other than an innate ability to touch the Force, but this was a different world. He closed his eyes, communing with the Force while he waited.
