Summary: Billy is down because in an alternate reality he broke everything; Strange's apprentice-sense is tingling.
[ Billy's sitting under what was presumably some manner of bus shelter when buses still came down this road. He is aware that he has a room he's supposed to go to, but he hasn't done that yet because it's a room he has to share, and he doesn't want to be in this kind of mood in a room with two strangers ]
[ or in a room with an alternate version of someone he knows who knows him as the guy who made the whole post-teenage population of Earth disappear or whatever - he doesn't know who he's supposed to be rooming with but it would be just his luck! ]
[ his cape gives a troubled sort of ripple and curls itself around his shoulder in what is presumably supposed to be a comforting fashion, but he ignores it and lets his forehead fall against his knees.
