WHO: Sollux x2 Combo (AU and OU), Feferi, and OPEN TO TROLLHOUSE.
WHAT: Crying Alien Children canon meets actual canon.
WHERE: Trollhouse
WHEN: Night of the 24th (backdated)
WARNINGS: Contains Sollux. So, angst, general weepiness, maybe some crying. Who knows.
The communal hive looks... odd. Somewhat industrial looking, and smelling heavily of something sweet, too. Hardly the best defensive hive either.
If Feferi wasn't dragging him, quite literally pulling him by the sleeve, and if he was less at a complete loss, maybe he would have actually pushed her away. Told her to fuck off and leave him alone, and he'd run back to the reservoir, sink to the very bottom and just stay there for as long as it took for him to clear his head. Which obviously wasn't what was going to happen, since now Feferi was forcing him to have contact with-- other trolls. A great number of which had no interest in even talking to him, and he felt the same. So there's no point in being here, and hopefully Feferi will see that soon, and she'll let him go do his own thing.
Sollux can't even believe he's thinking so highly of a troll who has Feferi's name, nor did he think he'd meet another troll with magenta blood, aside from the Empress. Not that he'd ever want to meet her. But this Feferi is obviously different. Still excitable, but missing the clearly sadistic tendencies. Which was weird, and yes, this version of the troll he knows to be cruel would seem preferable, but in a weird way, he'd still rather the Feferi he knew was here. Because then it would at the very least be something familiar, even if all she would do is tease him for being a such a wiggler. While it is interesting to see the differences in these trolls who have the same names and faces and horns as his friends... they aren't them. It just makes him feel more alone than anything.
