WHAT: Nico and Gert bond by doing getting things pierced. That's totally healthy, right?

WHEN: Forward dated to Sunday afternoon
WARNINGS: Naughty mouths, needles, angst
Cold gone and ankle mostly healed, Gert still had a lot of time on her hands. There was only so much math and paperwork to be done and no matter how many times she went over the figures, they never changed. It was rare that she and Nico both had a free moment together so it only made sense for them to go out and enjoy being alive. It was cold today and she was glad that she had an excuse to wear gloves. Her nails and fingers were still shredded from having to climb up that cliff she had fallen into in ToC and she didn't want Nico to worry.
"Let's go get something pierced."
She pulled her green knit hat down when the wind threatened to carry it away. Gert was smiling, though, semi-joking. People were staring at them as they stopped in front of the piercing and tattoo parlor. No one looked surprised to see them there. One girl with purple hair and a dark looking Asian girl? They probably looked like they frequented these sorts of places all the time.
