Oh, ups and downs, things are crazy - you know how life gets.

I know, and it never ever stops. It's nice to see that you're engaged. Or are your married now? It's hard to tell from the journal. But in any event, in a crazy life such as this it's good to be able to hang on to something that will always be there, something that's absolutely real.

Without that, well..you kinda end up like me.

Not married yet, still engaged - the wedding's not until this summer. (Which is-- getting kind of scarily close, now, actually. Damn, I need to go work more on seating charts...)
