(no subject)
So I managed to resign from Time Out, despite Emma being nearly hysterical and then stopping talking to me. It's so sad it's funny, really. And it throws into pretty sharp relief how supportive/generally nice everyone at Truffles is. A week on Friday I'll be done for good :-D Although I have to sort out my pay between now and then, they've underpaid me by over £20 this month, and will probably have done the same by next month. Also need to claim my holiday pay.
Spent this weekend in Newcastle, which was awesome as always. 4 months on Friday and I'll be living there :-D woo. Went to a houseparty on friday night, then out to the SU on Saturday night, and had a lot of fun both times. Every night out I've had up there has been ace. Bodes well for the future :-) as does the number of nice people I've met so far.
This week I'm pretty much just working, as many hours as physically possible. Money is a wonderful thing!
