Well, Im Back, Although only for a short period of time, I've completed the hardest military training in the United States, I am now a United States Marine. I definetly have more Confidence, more Pride, more Integrity, better Manners. Bootcamp, like I've told everyone else, had its hard days and its easy ones. We got up at 0400 pretty much everyday. I learned how to Assemble, Disassemble, and fire an M-16A2 Service Rifle. It was a long 3 months as well as a short 3 months, its kind of hard to explain. The things you miss the most when you're there are the things you take for granted to most, family, friends, long showers, as long as you want to eat meals and goto the bathroom. It can all only be imagined because if I tried to explain, only those who have actually gone through the training themselves could understand the humor and hardships that I underwent for the past 3 months. My girlfriend wrote me a letter everyday, I ended up with a total of 80+ letters from her. Shes by far the greatest girlfriend I've ever had, At first I was scared to come home before I left because I was scared Id have no one to come home to and no one to take care of me, shes proved me wrong, and shes stuck by my side thus far. Lets keep up the good work. Its awesome to be home once again. I've visited mainly family so far. Tomorrow im most likely going to start hitting up the friends, and let everyone see whos back in town. I got a cell so of those of you who actually know me on here and need to contact me, my number is 214-7975. I really dont have much to say right at this moment, but Im just letting everyone know im back for a few days.
