Glad you had such a nice Christmas, although I'm not sure that watching Elf is the ideal way to spend your time, hehe. Your backgammon board looks really cool, you should bring it over sometime and we can play a few games. I admit that I don't actually know how to play, so you'll have to teach me.

It's been a good year and we've had a lot of good times. Sherlock has definitely been one of them, along with Cabin Pressure and a great many other British things. Hopefully next year and next season will be even better!

While I was quite adverse to it years ago, Elf eventually grew on me once I accepted its ridiculous/goofy humor. I can't help but find amusement in all the cracked-out enthusiasm. It's a good example of how I feel about, oh, the upcoming Sherlock season...
