Knowing that she was coming from (and possibly going back to) work had limited the radius of potential eateries a fraction, but Percy had Persephone's on good recommendation. This wasn't one of your typical souvalki and gyros places--and any resturant that serves complementary pita and mountains of hummus was good by Percy's book. He'd reserved a quiet little booth in the back, removed through a maze of empty island tables from the rest of the nightly patrons. Two settings and cups of tea were already laid out. He'd made reservations, although the weekly night crowd was obviously no threat to getting a spot--he just wanted to make sure it was private.
When Athena appeared, escorted by their waitress for the evening, he grinned a little sheepishly, stood and pulled out her seat.
